Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers by ground, second-day service, and next-day service. Shipments going to Hawaii or Puerto Rico must be shipped using either next-day or second-day service.

Orders received after 12:00 noon ET will be fulfilled the next business day. Orders will be shipped from our headquarter offices in San Diego using DHL as its preferred carrier. Ground shipments may take up to 5-7 business days to be received by the intended recipient. We're sorry but there is no Saturday delivery option and we do not ship to PO or APO boxes. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Gift Certificate orders received after 3:00 p.m. ET will be fulfilled the next business day. For example, a next day order placed at 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Electronic gift certificates will be set via email upon order completion.
